Daytrippers.

Whew. I love a summer in full swing.

The kids and I had a stay-at-home day today.

In which we didn't stay at home.

But we started there.

We woke up and got ready for our close-up.

Then we drove to West Seattle, got ourselves on the ferry to Vashon Island and found ourselves some grub.

We hit the island, and we were off.

Took the trails to the lighthouse with the wack-a-moles.

Found ourselves some driftwood caves.

Lunch. Shopping. Walking. Ice cream.

Then back on the boat.

And then the day caught up with us (Stella), and it was time to go home.

Top-notch Tuesday if you ask me.

More Aloha.

When the four of us were in the Aloha State, we had a lovely, lovely photographer by the name of Pslam Oines take some snaps of us.

Because we always have pics of one of us.  Or two of us.  Sometimes even three.

But rarely all four.

So we got in the car at 7AM and drove up to the hill country of the Big Island.  She took us back into this farm area, down this beautiful red dirt road. Fields of country grass, trees, cows and that damn Hawaiian light.

And we hung out for an hour or so.

And she sent us a few images to peek at recently.

And they confirmed that she's the bomb-diggidy.
