The house is quiet. Henry is reading comics. Dave is on the couch downstairs. Stella is drawing. I'm thumbing through Small Victories by the most fantastic Anne Lamott. And there are books and Legos and naps to be had for all of us...all day today.
There was Pho for lunch. That, plus Tylenol Sinus, will cure what ails you.

I'm a big, big fan of pressing pause. So thank goodness for this time before we get moving, in a fruit-bat crazy fashion, for another 12 months.
